Research for HR and recruiters: how to find out everything about candidates and employees

During four intensive sessions, we will teach you how to:

• assess a candidate’s professional reputation
• verify the accuracy of the information provided by a candidate
• identify hidden connections and risks that may arise when hiring a new person
• optimise the sourcing process

• Basics of open source research: rules for searching and analysing information, verifying information and the basics of fact-checking, searching for deleted and hidden information, saving findings.
• Background checks on individuals: general principles of searching for information about individuals, input data on individuals and its analysis, methods and tools for searching for information about contacts and social networks, identifying red flags, analysing an individual’s connections.
• HUMINT and social engineering: determining motivation for communication, creating a cover story, establishing contact and weak points for gaining trust, analysis of unsuccessful cases
