Sanctions Against Russians
Another major project of the Molfar Intelligence Institute is building the evidence base used to initiate sanctions against Russian individuals and their collaborators.
We focus on gathering intelligence on members of the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) and its affiliates in Ukraine — particularly the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate), as well as Russian athletes, intelligence operatives, and propagandists.
Following the publication of evidence showing support for the war by certain athletes, they were banned from participating in the 2024 Olympic Games — even under a neutral flag.
Our registry of UOC-MP clergy is regularly updated with information about individuals detained by Ukrainian security services.

Individuals related to potential national security risks in Ukraine
A series of registries containing data on individuals who are likely involved in crimes against Ukraine and its citizens, or whose public statements or actions may potentially support Russian propaganda.
Molfar Intelligence Institute currently maintains 16 such lists, including the “Book of Orcs,” traitors from Zaporizhzhia and Kherson, foreign propagandists, FSB, GRU, SVR, military personnel from the Engels airbase, Senezh special forces, and others.
